Love wrens. Did you know, wrens are the most common bird in Britain? Even more common than sparrows, pigeons or herring gulls. They're so small and secretive, you often don't know they're there. Until they sing.
Slow worms are among the gardener's bestest of best friends... they eat slugs, snails and suchlike. Wrens are smashing little birds... one of nature's finest songsters.
The world would be a better place if we had a few more slow worms and wrens... and maybe a few less homo sapiens.
