Yes, a blinder. Many hugs and positive thoughts coming your way.

But you’re in the right place for this, I’m rather sorry to say. Every day in the UK seems to bring fresh bad news about the collapsing NHS. You don’t need to contend with that as well. XXX

Oh Rachel, I'm so sorry. I believe there's been significant advances in the treatment of Parkinson's in recent years. So, keeping my fingers crossed that you get all the help and support you need. And offload as much as you need to. Big hugs xxx

He's eligible for drug trial medication which is meant to be looking effective. And as I said earlier, thank goodness we are in France. The health service isn't perfect but it is a hell of a lot better than in the UK.

My father, my mother, my mother's brother my favorite uncle all died of Parkinson's. Hoping the French Medical System is better than in the USA, where we just give anyone with a mental illness an assault rifle. so they can vote for Trump.

In terms of what is helping, get more Omega-3 fatty acids. Eat fish every day. Eat chia seeds... Back away from chicken, beef, and pork.

My Dad was diagnosed 18 months ago. @peyton has excellent advice. Google recipes for Parkinson's. There's heaps. Help yourselves - change your diet.

Such sad news.
A friend of my father once managed his Parkinson's with medicinal marijuana. An option, depending on how you feel about that sort of thing.
