I tried the parent history. It's full of Swiss names, difficult to pronounce (and remember) for the English speaker. I'm currently thinking 'Kaminski' as a surname, or something Italian like 'Cipriani'. It's the first name I'm stuck on most. I can't wait to get shot of my first name. I could be lazy and simply use 'B'.
Or your first two initials plus the surname you like. Or choose initials that go with Kaminski or Cipriani... there's no rule that says you have to give a first name.
@Leonora. Re Russian: No, not particularly. I'm happy to sound Swiss, or other, as long as it's pronounceable. But I'm trying to stay away from an English surname. I feel like an impostor.
