See a doctor. You can't walk if they aren't running properly.
Pete, best to get it checked out.
Ouch! Lots of Arnica! (And symphytom aka comfrey aka knit-bone is absolutely brilliant) Hope it heals quickly
Hmmm... thx guys, will take yr advice
And if it's broken, they'll probably need to put it in a cast otherwise it will heal crooked. I'll be thinking of you.
What is a jump through?
One of the guys at work has just broken his toe, he's now in a moon boot. So my guess is no, don't leave it be. But maybe it depends on how bad the break is?
More confirmation, as if I needed it, that attempting to get healthy is extremely unhealthy and often dangerous.
Whatever is a jump through? But do get it seen to asap, toes are important.
(My understanding is that jump-throughs are yoga, but I could be wrong
Yep, correct. Was trying a new technique.
Wasn't sure if I was on the same page
Pete, breaking your toe during yoga, how is that even physically possible, blimey, you must be suffering. See its true what they say exercise is bad for you. LOL. No, on a more serious note I hope you're going to get it looked at today. You need too.
OUCH! As long as it looks straight no problem just pain!!
Sorry Steve, I'm afraid without an X-ray you can't see if the bone inside is straight or not, some of the splinters may be quite wayward, and often a bone does not heal of its own accord, or if it does, it will do so badly and only after yonks.
