Hi @Sedayne - I've popped the article into a PDF so you could read it. Attached. :)

I think there's some interesting take-a-ways from this on how the various authors approached things. One being the first author, Virginia Evans, had a habit of writing letters to people she admired, and wrote one to Ann Patchett who then gave her book a glowing review. Anyway I found lots of interesting stuff in the article. Enjoy! :)
