• Café Life is the Colony's main hangout, watering hole and meeting point.

This is a place where you'll meet and make writing friends, and indulge in stratospherically-elevated wit or barometrically low humour.

Self-Publishing Draft 2 Digital

Just wondering, are you ditching Amazon? I thought about going wide with them (or others) but then I did some more research. Amazon has 90% of the market, so to me, the hassle of setting something up, paying a middle man etc. was just not worth it. For my clients who boycott Amazon, I will just sell direct--either by emailing the ebook or ordering author copies from amazon and shipping them from my house. If this gets out of hand (meaning I'm selling lots of books outside of Amazon), I may then implement another system.

No, I'm not ditching Amazon, just Kindle Unlimited.
The number of page reads for my books - which are paid at something like 0.004p per page - was negligible.
My books would still be available on Amazon, but not exclusively, which is what they must be if you're enrolled in KU.
