Now that I have managed to upload my 700 words to pop up submissions, how do I know if my stuff is accepted for discussion and if accepted when it will fit onto the schedule. And thanks for all the help I've gotten with this.

At the moment Tom, almost everything is accepted for Pop-Ups, unless it’s obviously and patently drek :)

The current backlog is about 60 submissions, so roughly 10 weeks’ worth of shows. Come the winter, we might considerer going twice-weekly.

The scheduling thing is a somewhat weak spot at the moment, I freely admit. I always email authors to tell them when their work will be featured on a forthcoming show, but I can only do this when I’m actually planning the show – so for example, today’s authors were only notified earlier today. Obviously, they can still watch the recording if they can’t join us live, but it is nicer if they can be in the chat room, e.g. sometimes questions arise that only the author can answer. And to do this they may need better notice.

I’m wondering about asking for a bit of scheduling help, in fact.

@Rick Hall was wondering about this too. Maybe the Pop- Up performers could tie in there somehow. You could give writers a 1-2 weeks warning heads- up, if you are requesting recordings of subs from your performers 1-2 shows ahead of time?
